Fitzrovia Quarter is a neighbourhood defined by contrasts, where luxury meets the everyday, and discovery awaits around every corner. From casual morning coffees to indulgent evening dining, from quick trims to calming treatments, the joy lies in the juxtaposition. Here, the experience is shaped by the path you choose. We were tasked to brand this often overlooked area on behalf of The Langham Estate, who own mulitiple properties within the area and wo wanted to elvate it for their exsiting tenants but also attract new ones and lease their properties. Our brand identity draws inspiration from the areas lesser-trodden streets, using intersecting bands to mirror the estates hidden connections and layered character. The logo balances bold with calm, old with new, capturing the diversity and strong foundations of the Quarter.A monochrome core palette keeps the brand timeless, while a contrasting secondary palette evolves with the businesses, culture, and energy of the area. Typography echoes this interplay, blending contemporary and traditional forms to create a complementary visual voice.Through dynamic compositions, creative cropping, and a mix of macro and micro imagery, we showcase the vibrant contrasts and varied perspectives that define Fitzrovia Quarter.
